The brief需求

Juniper Street Physio isn't a real clinic. I wrote myself the kind of brief a small physio practice might bring me, then built the site as if it were going live. 杜松街物理治療所並不是真實的診所。我替自己寫了一份小型物理治療所可能會提出的需求，然後當作真的要上線一樣把網站做出來。

The problem: in a three-physio clinic, the front desk spends the day on the phone. People aren't sure physio is right for them, who to see, or what it costs. First visits lose time to paperwork, some patients read Chinese more easily than English, and people forget appointments. 要解決的問題：在只有三位治療師的診所裡，櫃台整天都在接電話。病人不確定物理治療適不適合自己、該找哪位治療師、要花多少錢。初診的時間被填表佔掉，有些病人看中文比看英文輕鬆，也常有人忘記預約。

So the site had to:所以這個網站必須：

help someone with a sore knee or back know where to start and who to see,讓膝蓋或腰背不舒服的人知道從哪裡開始、該找誰，
show what a first visit involves, the fees and the insurance rules before anyone calls,在病人打電話之前，就說清楚初診流程、費用和保險規定，
let patients request a time on their phone and fill in the intake form in English or Chinese,讓病人用手機預約，並用中文或英文填寫初診問卷，
send the confirmation, the reminder and the exercises without anyone typing them.不用有人手動打字，就能寄出確認、提醒和運動處方。

What I studied我參考了什麼

I compared four clinic and health websites, three of them featured on Awwwards, and wrote down what to borrow and what to leave. 我比較了四個診所與健康網站，其中三個曾被 Awwwards 收錄，並記下哪些值得借鏡、哪些不要。

101 Physio: Very thorough on the things patients worry about: a first-visit timeline, billing and locations near the top. I kept that plain honesty about fees and the first visit, and left out the stock models and card grids. 對病人在意的事說得很完整：初診流程、付費方式和地點都放在前面。我保留了這種直接說明費用和初診的做法，但不用圖庫模特兒和卡片排版。
Recherche Clinique Québec: Right after the headline it asks how it can help and sends people where they need to go. That became “Where does it hurt?”, which also says who to see and how many visits to expect. 標題下方直接問「我們可以怎麼幫你」，再把人帶到需要的地方。這成了「哪裡不舒服？」，而且還會告訴你該找誰、大概需要幾次。
Hinge Health: Physio for back and joint pain, with its app shown on top of real photos. I did the same with the after-visit text message, because that's the part a small clinic would actually automate. 針對腰背與關節疼痛的物理治療服務，把 App 畫面疊在真實照片上。我用同樣的方式呈現看診後的簡訊，因為那正是小診所真正會自動化的部分。
Pegasus Clinic: Keeps booking on screen the whole time. On phones, Juniper Street does the same with a small booking bar once you scroll past the first photo. 預約按鈕始終留在畫面上。在手機上，杜松街也一樣，滑過第一張照片後會出現一條小小的預約列。

Start with where it hurts從哪裡不舒服開始

Pick a body area and the site says what the clinic usually sees, who to book and roughly how many visits. The button books that area with that physio. 選一個部位，網站就會說明常見狀況、該預約哪位治療師、大概要幾次。按鈕會直接預約那個部位和那位治療師。

While you book, the confirmation, the reminder and the exercise message fill in with your name, time and physio, in the language you pick. It's labelled as an example and nothing is sent. 預約的同時，確認、提醒和運動處方訊息會依你的姓名、時間和治療師自動填好，並使用你選的語言。這是標示清楚的示範，不會真的寄出。

Each question shows in Chinese and English, so a parent and a grown-up child can do it together. A few safety questions flag anything the physio should hear about before the visit. 每一題都同時顯示中文和英文，長輩和子女可以一起填。幾題安全確認會標出治療師需要在看診前知道的情況。

Where it stands目前成果

Because Juniper Street is a concept, there are no patients to report on. The physios are fictional, and the photos, the team portraits and the body chart are AI-generated. A real clinic would use its own photos and list each physio's registration number. 因為杜松街是概念作品，所以沒有實際病人的數據。治療師是虛構的，照片、治療師肖像和人體圖都是 AI 生成。真實的診所會使用自己的照片，並列出每位治療師的執照字號。

For a real clinic, I'd measure three things: how many first visits are booked online instead of by phone, how many people miss appointments before and after the reminders start, and how many intake forms arrive before the visit. 如果是真實的診所，我會追蹤三件事：有多少初診是在網路上而不是打電話預約的、開始自動提醒前後各有多少人沒來，以及有多少初診問卷在看診前就收到。

The next step would be connecting the booking form to the clinic's own booking system, so the three messages go out for real. 下一步就是把預約表單接上診所自己的預約系統，讓這三則訊息真正寄出。
